Windrush Harbor House

This charming vacation home is located at the quiet north end of majestic Moonstone Beach, across from the boardwalk and tide pools of the Leffingwell Landing section of Hearst San Simeon State Park. Majestic westerly ocean views are unsurpassed on Moonstone Beach Drive and make Harbor House one of a kind. The home is newly reopened after a complete renovation in 2023. The main entry door can be accessed via the courtyard. This unique home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room and laundry facilities. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a bathroom with dual vanities and a large shower. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed plus a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Both bedrooms feature blackout shades. In addition, four (4) more guests can be accommodated on two queen-sized sleeper sofas in the living room, for a maximum occupancy of eight (8) persons. The living room and each bedroom feature a flat-screen Roku Smart TV with premium cable. Heating and air conditioning are provided.

From the second door located in the dining room, you are just steps from your dedicated patio space where you can treat yourself to a spectacular sunset from the inviting Adirondack chairs.

In addition to the stated rate, there is a $75 cleaning fee. Rates are based on a maximum of eight (8) person occupancy. Windrush Inn is a 100% NON-SMOKING establishment. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

If you need additional space for your party, we are thrilled to announce that Harbor House and Unit Gale are units with adjoining doors that can be rented together to form a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home that can accommodate a total party size of twelve (12).
